"I’m Matt (aka Burgs), and I’ve been managing the Barnston Men’s 1st Team since the 24/25 season—a season that brought plenty of success and set the tone for what we’re building here at Barno. I’ve been around semi‑pro football since I was 16—playing, managing, coaching, arguing with refs… you name it. Football is a massive part of my life, and I love bringing all that experience to Barno every week. When I’m not in the dugout pushing for three points, you’ll most likely find me in the bar – if you’re about on a Saturday, come say hello, grab a drink, and get involved. The more support we have, the better. Up the Barno!"
